    • ZHANG Xuebing is deputy director of the Executive Committee for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, and chief of Pudong New District of Shanghai. He got his BA in economics from East China Normal University in 1991 and his PhD in Engineering from Tongji University in 1998. He has spent years working as an administrator directly involved in the development and opening-up of Pudong. He is the author of many articles and works advocating people-centered management and long-term development.
