    • Dr. Kim-Yin Chan joined Nanyang Business School as an Associate Professor in 2009. Before that, he served in the Singapore Armed Forces as an Infantry Officer in the SAF for almost 25 years and held the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. His last two appointments in the SAF were Head of Leadership Doctrine & Research and Head of the Continuing Education (CE) Project Office in SAFTI Military Institute from 2002-2009. He received his Bachelor degree in Psychology with First Class Honors from the University of London in 1988 and his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1997 and 1999 respectively.

      Dr. Star Soh joined the Nanyang Business School as an Associate Professor in 2008. His previous appointments were Chief Psychologist of the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and Head of the Applied Behavioral Sciences Department. He retired as a Lieutenant-Colonel after 25 years of service. Dr. Soh Star obtained his Bachelor degree in Psychology with First Class Honors from the University of Manchester, U.K., Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Singapore Institute of Management, and Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Ohio State University, U.S.A.

      Ms. Regena Ramaya is currently the Director and Principal Consultant of OPAS Consulting. She is an Occupational Psychologist by profession, and retired from the Singapore Armed Forces at the rank of Major in 2008. In her 25-year military career, she held staff, instructional and command appointments. Her last appointment was Head of Leadership Assessment Systems in the SAF Centre of Leadership Development (SAF CLD). She has an Honors degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba (Canada) and a Masters degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey (U.K.).
