  • Jessica Minnick is an Information Technology Instructor at Pasco-Hernando State College in New Port Richey, Florida. She has more than 15 years of web design experience. Prior to becoming an educator, Jessica worked in the marketing and information technology field for the private sector. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida. Jessica has designed several websites for both the private and public sector over the past ten years using Adobe Dreamweaver.

    Lisa Friedrichsen is a Professor at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas, where she teaches database and web development classes. As an author, she has written several prominent Access, Office, and Web related textbooks. Ms. Friedrichsen combines her ability to teach with extensive industry experience to create clear, practical presentations. Ms. Friedrichsen’s undergraduate degree is in Engineering from Iowa State University and she has an MBA from Drake University. She worked for a decade at IBM Corporation before becoming a consultant, author, and college professor.
