Lorraine Nordmann has over twenty years of experience in the beauty therapy industry – an industry she has seen grow significantly in status, technology and specialism during her roles as lecturer, assessor and external verifier for the awards. She aims to ensure that this high profile of the beauty therapy industry is maintained. Lorraine is also the author of Professional Beauty Therapy covering the latest industry standards at Level 3.

Andrea is a Beauty Therapy teacher at Victoria Polytechnic (VU TAFE). Andrea has an International Therapy Examination Council- (ITEC) recognised qualification, and has worked as a practising therapist in Australia and the UK. She has previously been appointed to Victoria University’s Board of Selection Officers for the interview and selection of prospective students in the Diploma of Beauty Therapy. Andrea is up-skilling by taking the Dermal Therapies course through the Faculty at VU.
