Rosemary Marchese is one of Australia’s leading fitness educators, with more than 20 years’ experience in the fitness and health industries. She is the owner of a physiotherapy clinic in Sydney, NSW and specialises in treating sports injuries, scoliosis, and neck and back problems. She is a highly recognised author and has worked firsthand as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and group-exercise instructor. She has more than two decades of experience ‘behind the scenes’ in fitness, including having consulted and written the standards for the entire Australian fitness industry.
