    Rosemary Marchese is one of Australia’s leading fitness educators, with over 20 years’ experience in the fitness and health industries. She is a highly recognised author and writer. She has worked first-hand with the general public as a fitness instructor, a personal trainer and a group-exercise instructor. She has been the Chairwoman of the Academic Advisory Board for a leading fitness registered training organisation. Rosemary has consulted in both private and public training organisations.
