In keeping with the book’s strong reputation for outstanding cases, this edition has added many new cases and case problems, most from 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, and continues to offer Classic Cases and Spotlight Cases. Revised and redesigned Exhibits and Concept Summaries effectively clarify and highlight the chapter’s most important content. These visual representations emphasize the terms and concepts that are important to remember for students.

  • The IDDR Approach. This edition continues to use the IDDR approach, which is presented in Chapter 3. After Chapter 3, in order to reinforce the application of the IDDR approach, students are asked to use this approach when answering each chapter’s “A Question of Ethics.”
