Rusdi Omar obtained BEc. (Hons) from University of Malaya and Mlaw from Hitotsubahsi University, Japan. He joined Universiti Utara Malaysia as a lecturer in Department of International Affairs, Faculty of International Studies. He is currently in University of Adelaide, Australia undergoing his PhD studies.
